Empower OT is a client-centred occupational therapy service based in Boyle, Co. Roscommon, led by Catriona Fahey, Occupational Therapist and Dyslexia Specialist. The practice supports children, adolescents, and neurodivergent adults who may experience challenges with self-regulation, sensory processing, learning, handwriting, executive functioning, and everyday participation.

Empower OT works collaboratively with families, caregivers, schools, and educators to develop tailored, practical strategies that support independence, confidence, and meaningful engagement in daily life. Each individual is supported through a strengths-based, neuroaffirming approach, with a strong focus on understanding the nervous system and creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

Services are grounded in evidence-based occupational therapy practice and carefully tailored to each client's unique needs, whether at home, in school, in higher education, or in adulthood.
